The Amphenol Networks Solutions Parking Plugs provide a temporary solution for organization of fiber trunking or jumpers, prior to installing transceivers into the active equipment. These are designed to allow parking of duplex LC or MPO jumpers in QSFP format, or two sets of mini LC connectors or MPO in an OSFP transceiver cages. The Parking Plugs allow routing of pigtails to transceiver cage locations during initial install and adding transceivers as demand requires. This design does not require removing the factory dust caps thus eliminating possible contamination. They are compatible with individual round dust caps and dual rectangular dust caps.

AOC assemblies, manufactured by Amphenol ICC, provide excellent cost/performance value.
AOCs pick up when Direct Attach Cables reach their maximum (at about 3-5 meters) and can reach up to 100-200 meters. They are the least expensive, optical links available and are widely used in data center environments.

MPO assemblies are used in a variety of applications including structured cabling, optical switching, parallel optics, and fiber management systems.
