Why are All Systems Broadband and Amphenol Telect merging?
The merger of the two businesses, that operate with similar technologies and within the same markets, will leverage strengths in engineering, portfolio management, operations, and sales to best serve customers in wireless, wireline, and data center markets.
Will there be a new company name following the merger?
All Systems Broadband and Amphenol Telect have officially joined forces under the brand name Amphenol Network Solutions. Telect, Inc., is the current legal entity of Amphenol Network Solutions.
Is the merger official?
Yes. We will be combining business operations in the coming year. We will continue to provide updates and communicate any changes.
Is Amphenol Network Solutions still owned by Amphenol?
Yes, Amphenol Network Solutions will remain a division of Amphenol Corporation.
I need to place an order. Do I need to change the company name on my PO?
Since our announcement that All Systems Broadband and Amphenol Telect are joining forces under the brand name, Amphenol Network Solutions, we’ve been integrating our companies with a keen focus on aligning our business to make the most powerful impact for our customers. To this end, we have worked to ensure the same high level of service and support our customers have come to expect from both companies. We are pleased to announce that we have combined operational systems as of September 30th, 2019. With the integration of our two systems, purchase orders that were traditionally sent to All Systems Broadband should now be sent to Telect, Inc., the current legal entity of Amphenol Network Solutions.
If you have been placing orders with Telect, Inc., there is no change required.
I have purchased Amphenol Telect and All Systems Broadband products from other Amphenol divisions such as Amphenol Broadband Solutions. Will I still be able to purchase your products from other Amphenol companies?
Absolutely! Amphenol Network Solutions products are available through other Amphenol divisions that support various markets around the world.
Where will Amphenol Network Solutions be operating from?
Amphenol Network Solutions headquarters will be in Liberty Lake, Washington, where we have operated for the past 36 years. We will also have a significant presence in Raleigh, North Carolina, where All Systems Broadband’s Product Development Center resides, Livermore, California where our primary supply chain management will continue, and Guadalajara, Mexico where primary manufacturing will remain.
Will your phone numbers change?

If you have contacted your sales representative at their old address, rest assured that your communication will reach your contact as we have a re-direct process in place to ensure a seamless transition.
Can I still get the same products I have recently purchased?
Absolutely. You can continue to order from each company as you have previously. We also have several new products, contact us to discuss your current and upcoming needs!
