2020 has been quite a year! The world came to a halt for the first time in history driven by the novel coronavirus pandemic. We have also recently had events that have led to people speaking up against injustice in the world. No matter the situation at hand, communities worldwide continue to speak their minds, use their voice, and speak up for what they believe in. Our voices, our opinions, and our words need to be heard to spread perspective and experience globally.
Our family at Amphenol Network Solutions is committed to supplying quality products that facilitate communities around the world to provide perspective, opinions, and awareness. Social media outlets, communication networks, advertising, media, and online search companies all rely on our products. Our communities rely on these tools to communicate with each other.
During these uncertain times, it is important that we look to our foundational core values. Here are two of our company core values that we live by each and every day:

I want to begin by thanking our customers for building incredible networks and applications that allow us all to continue our relationships and responsibilities while staying at home during these difficult times. This pandemic could have made unrepairable impacts on society without the ability to communicate through phone, video, and chat. We have utilized new ways to communicate with colleagues and loved ones through video-based apps. Many of us even have moved to order all groceries and essentials through web-based services.
Amphenol Network Solutions has felt the impact of this pandemic with new working conditions, remote communication, and minor supply chain interruptions. Under these new conditions, we have been able to perform over 90% on-time for customer shipments consistently. Our partners in China have supported the demand for materials and ramped to full production following their early closure. Our supply partners, in the US and Mexico, have continued operations to meet the essential needs of our customers, while maintaining the health and safety of their employees. Over the last four weeks, The Amphenol Network Solutions supply chain and production teams have proven that we are the trusted partner in building the best networks around the world.
Our commitment remains to do what it takes while keeping our employees, suppliers, customers, communities, and shareholders safe. I am thankful for our team and our customers each time I make a phone call, conduct a video-chat, save vital information to the cloud, utilize a search engine, or use social media. You all make the difference and have allowed us to live connected, especially during these challenging times.

These are challenging times for many individuals and businesses. Yesterday the Governor of Washington made a "stay at home - stay safe" proclamation to slow the spread of COVID-19. Washington State and our Federal Government deemed us an essential business to stay in production as a manufacturer of critical communications equipment.
“Maintenance of communications infrastructure- including privately owned and maintained communication systems- supported by technicians, operators, call-centers, wireline, and wireless providers, cable service providers, satellite operations, undersea cable landing stations, Internet Exchange Points, and manufacturers and distributors of communications equipment.”

We have taken the correct preventative measures to ensure the cleanliness of the facility and reduce the opportunities to spread the COVID-19 virus in both Liberty Lake, WA, and Guadalajara, MX. Though our Guadalajara facility has no “stay at home” orders, we have taken similar measures in all of our facilities to keep continuity in our production globally.
What to expect:
Should risk levels or other circumstances change, the Amphenol Network Solutions leadership will evaluate or alter these policies to ensure employee and business health.

To our customers:
At Amphenol Network Solutions, we have been following the current National Emergency to reduce the community spread of the COVID-19 virus. Our team has put in place a revised emergency response plan to include the unique nature of this pandemic.
During this time, we will continue operations to provide the products needed to support your network builds. We will accomplish this by utilizing a work-from-home plan for eligible employees and social distancing for those that produce and ship the products from our facilities. Our facilities have also suspended supplier visitations to reduce the potential for transmission, along with increasing sanitation intervals and improved anti-viral methods.
