Since our announcement that All Systems Broadband and Amphenol Telect are joining forces under the brand name, Amphenol Network Solutions, we’ve been integrating our companies with a keen focus on aligning our business to make the most powerful impact for our customers. To this end, we have worked to ensure the same high level of service and support our customers have come to expect from both companies. We are pleased to announce that we have combined operational systems. With the integration of our two systems, purchase orders that were traditionally sent to All Systems Broadband will now be sent to Telect, Inc., the current legal entity of Amphenol Network Solutions.
We expect to be fully integrated by October 1, 2019. We appreciate your continued patience and for your loyalty as a partner. Below are some FAQ's to assist with updating your system(s) in order to create a smooth transition.

Will all of the products that I previously ordered from All Systems Broadband be available at Amphenol Network Solutions (Telect, Inc.)?
Yes! The majority of the products are available at Amphenol Network Solutions. For audio/visual cables or technician supplies please connect with our Amphenol partner, Amphenol Broadband Solutions here.
Will I be able to find All Systems Broadband product information on the Amphenol Network Solutions website?
Yes, All Systems Broadband product information is available on amphenol-ns.com. If you have any questions please contact your Account Manager, Niek Meijerink.
For open orders, who should I contact for order status?
Please contact your Account Manager, Niek Meijerink, for status.
If I need a copy of my invoice who should I contact?
Please contact your Account Manager, Niek Meijerink, to request a copy of your invoice.
For my existing orders, will I receive an invoice from All Systems Broadband or Telect, Inc.?
Since your orders were placed prior to our operational system update, your invoice will note All Systems Broadband. For new orders placed with Telect, Inc., you will receive invoices referencing Telect, Inc. as the supplier.
What should I do if I need to change an order?
Please contact your Account Manager, Niek Meijerink, to discuss the changes you require.
If I already have Telect, Inc. established as supplier, do I need to do anything else?
We understand that every system is different. Your Account Manager, Niek Meijerink, is here to assist with this transition and would be happy to discuss your system requirements in more detail.
We don't currently have Telect, Inc. set up as a supplier in our system. Who should I speak with about this process?

Why am I placing an order with Telect, Inc. and not Amphenol Network Solutions?
Although our brand name has changed to Amphenol Network Solutions, our legal business entity is currently Telect, Inc.
When is the last day I will be able to place orders directly with All Systems Broadband?
The last day you will be able to place an order is October 1st. You will then place orders directly with Telect, Inc.
How do I place an order with Telect, Inc. for product I have previously ordered from All Systems Broadband?
Telect, Inc. can receive orders in the same manner as you have prevously submitted with All Systems Broadband. Please contact your Account Manager, Niek Meijerink, if you have any questions.
Can I place my orders with Telect, Inc. through EDI?
Absolutely! Please contact your Account Manager, Niek Meijerink, to determine status and a cut over date for processing EDI orders.
Can I start placing orders for All Systems Broadband products with Telect, Inc. now?
As we are working through the final stages of our integration, we will keep you updated on our status. Please contact your Account Manager, Niek Meijerink, with any questions.
How will I receive order acknowledgements with Telect, Inc.?
If your purchase order is emailed to us for processing, you will receive order acknowledgements in an email verifying receipt of your order. If your order is placed through EDI, the following acknowledgements are available: 997 (receipt of data) and 855 (order receipt confirmation). Please contact your Account Manager, Niek Meijerink, if you have other requirements.
If I received a quote from All Systems Broadband a few weeks ago, is it still valid?
Telect, Inc. will honor the quote up to the expiration date. If you require a new quotation, please contact your Account Manager, Niek Meijerink.
Who do I contact to receive a quote for products that I have previoulsy purchased from All Systems Broadband?
On or before September 16th, 2019, quotations will be processed through Telect, Inc. and your Account Manager, Niek Meijerink.
What type of information will be provided on my quote from Telect, Inc.?
Your quotation will include: part number, pricing, lead time, terms and conditions, expiration date, and more! If you have special requirements, please contact your Account Manager, Niek Meijerink, and we will do our best to meet your needs.
Will the warranty on All Systems Broadband products remain the same?
Yes. The warranty on all products will remain the same.
If I need an RMA, who should I contact?
For RMA's please contact your Account Manager, Niek Meijerink.
For new orders placed, is there a way to get order status and tracking online?
Yes, you can register on our Amphenol Network Solutions website here and learn more about the benefits of registering for an account. Once you receive your account login for our website, you will have access to order status and tracking.
If I register on your website, will I receive marketing emails?
We periodically send out emails announcing new technology along with company and new product announcements. You can opt out at any time if you prefer to not receive emails.
If I register on your website, do you sell my contact information to other marketing organizations?
No, we promise we will not sell your information.
